You understand that sauna and cold plunge experiences may not be suitable for individuals with heart conditions, prone to seizures, high or low blood pressure, respiratory issues, or other health concerns.
If you are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or have any concerns about your health, you should consult with a healthcare professional before participating.
Assumption of Risk:
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of our facilities, including but not limited to dehydration, overheating, cold exposure, slips, falls, or any other injury.
You accept full responsibility for your own health and safety during your visit.
Customer Responsibility:
You agree to follow all instructions provided by our staff and adhere to our safety guidelines.
You will immediately notify staff if you feel unwell or experience discomfort during your session.
Liability Waiver:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Cosy Sauna and its staff shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during your visit.
If you decide to venture into the natural surroundings or water sources, The Cosy Sauna and staff are not responsible for any injuries that you may incur.
Age Restrictions:
We do not allow customers under the ages of 18 into our experiences.
Children that are booked to attend our experiences by adults or otherwise that are under the ages of 18 will be refused entry.
Our staff have a right to ask any individual that presents as underage for ID.
Personal Belongings:
You are responsible for securing your personal belongings. The Cosy Sauna is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. This includes but it not limited to bathing suits, jewelry, smart watches, glasses, lenses, towels and footwear.
